change name of customer modifier

Can you please change the name of " Custom Modifier" to "Item Note"

Hi Rylend. While it does save out to the line item’s note field, labeling the input field “Custom Modifier” in Register provides context for the merchant on how to use the field. Do you have a specific use case or user story to describe why you believe it would be beneficial to change custom modifiers?
