I tried asking this question @ semi-integrations@clover.com, but I haven't received a response after 3 emails and 27 days later.
We have a few reports of customer’s calling the phone number listed on their Capital One credit card statement.
But we don’t have that particular address or phone number configured anywhere in our clover merchant setup, and that is not the number we would like them to be calling.
I am wondering how Capital One is populating this information?
Does the merchant address/phone number get transmitted from Clover to them or does Capital One just "look it up" somehow?
