This has been fixed, please let us know if you have any more issues.
Hey David, that worked well thanks for your support. However still our first approved APK fails.
In order to auto-update the app on other devices we may need to recover that same approved APK.

Have you recently rebooted your device? If not can you try that?
We have tried that on multiple devices. I think that the approved APK needs to download at those first.
