Hey I am trying to associate dev kits with our sand box account, but I am not able to find the link to do it. And also When I am trying to create Test Location, it is giving the error as "UnAuthorized", even though I am an admin. Please let me know how to solve these issues.
Have you followed the instructions https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/setting-up-your-devkit (for associating your devkit)? Can you provide more information on the unauthorized error perhaps a short video or screenshot.
Yes, I did.
I have successful attempt using my own sandbox account. However when I tried to create test location and associate dev kit in our Company's sandbox account, I am getting the errors.
I have attached the screenshots.
The link for "Associate DevKit" is missing under the screen DEV Kit.
When I tried create test location, I am getting blank error and the Save button changed to Save Failed.
I traced the network calls and found the error "UnAuthorized", however I am the admin of our Portal.
Please let know how can we fix this.

This is the URL we are using for our account.
That is a production url. You don't test in production, you test in sandbox, please use the sandbox url per my previous answer.
Is it possible to link a sandbox account to our production URL?
