Not getting order on our clover POS terminal.

Hi, we are posting an order on clover by API request. But the order created is visible on web dashboard but doesn't come on the clover POS terminal.

Not really enough info to diagnose. It should work. Is your Clover device a devkit or is this problem happening in production? The Clover device is connected to the network properly and notifications are connected (check Help App -> Diagnostics -> Connection Status)? Click the sync button (two circular arrows) in Help App to force a sync.
