How can we add tip amount to the order total amount ?

I have implemented customized tip amount feature and integrated with the existing clover payment flow. While printing the receipt the total amount is not getting updated with the tip amount.

Can we update the total with the customized tip amount?

Can we print the tip amount in the receipt?

I would be really grateful if anyone could help me to resolve this issues.
