I reset my password and when i tried to login with the new password it said it also sms'ed me a code i needed. I think my number isnt up to date because i never recieved the sms. my user name is yshuman@loyalloops.com

Resolved this through private communication.
For future reference, when setting up 2 Factor Authentication, you must download the backup codes that are also supplied. We are not at liberty to disable security features on a user's account, which is a paradigm that already exists across the industry.
If you are 100% locked out due to not setting up any backup 2FA authentication methods, then a new account will need to be created.
