Please explain response parameter of "https://apisandbox.dev.clover.com/v3/apps/aId/merchants/mId/billing_info" api.

What is the meaning of below highlighted parameter of the api call? When its value become TRUE?

This is a special case field for a specific reseller and certain Clover-provided apps, it is not of any use to developers.
