Can I delete the Orders from Clover ?
Hey, our consumers are asking for option to delete orders. Just like some of the delivery apps.
What is said in the answer is still true: you won't be able to delete an order once it's been paid or printed. Otherwise an order can be deleted. If you want to expand more on your use case perhaps we can comment on a better way to accomplish your goal.
In order to prevent fraud, once an order has been paid, partially paid, or printed, it is no longer possible to delete that order.
Also note that merchants have a setting for whether they want to allow deleting any orders at all. If not, you can't delete any orders regardless of their paid state.
