How would I make it such that drinks for orders can be printed to a particular printer, while the food goes to the kitchen printer?
You can assign labels to items in the Inventory app. In the printers app, you can then associate those labels with a printer. So you'd have a "drinks" label, and you'd associate that label with the printer where you want to print drink receipts.
