Request failed with status code 401 on Station Demo

We are an ISV/Developer/ISO

We have a Clover Station Demo we use for demo/marketing purposes. Our app was recently approved and seems to work/test fine in the Sandbox devices, however when we try to download and test our device on the Clover Station Demo we receive the following error code when trying to complete our app setup: "Request failed with status code 401"


Questions:

1. Are Demo devices still available and supported?

2. If Demo devices are still supported, is there any reason why we would receive a Error 401 on demo/prod but not on Dev kit using a sandbox account?

3. If Demo devices are still supported can we order a new Clover Flex 3 Demo device?

  1. Demo devices should still work near identically to production devices, with the exception that they cannot process transactions and they cannot be charged for services.
  2. Which Station are you trying to download the app onto?
  3. You would need to talk with your Clover Point of Contact about receiving a Flex 3 Demo device.
