Sandbox returning bad tokens

We're having an issue with one of our sandbox apps where the android app is returning a token without any permissions.

Steps we've taken without any success:

1. Uninstall app from Sandbox account
2. adb uninstall to remove the app from device
3. Reinstall the app
4. Reboot deviceWe haven't made any recent changes to permissions and are seeing this across multiple devices.
