Warning: No Clover application found for 'com.clover.CloverPOS'

A Merchant for an ISV I work with is receiving the error "Warning: No Clover application found for 'com.clover.CloverPOS".

Clover Care Team have advised that the back-end for Clover appears set up correctly. The setup is Clover Mini, SI with USB Pay Display connection method to Windows Software.

There are a dozen other Merchants with the same setup not experiencing this issue.

Any ideas?

One of our merchants in ireland are also experiencing the same issue

In certain locales we enforce that a valid RAID is passed when you connect to the Clover device from the SDK, please see https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/create-your-remote-app-id for information.
