How to create a Merchant with bank account?

Hi, I want to create a merchant with bank account for making a transactions and payments, how it is possible?

If you operate a business and want to get Clover devices and services you should visit https://www.clover.com/buy for links to where you can sign up. You will likely need to sign a contract. Please note that you can not do any software development on production Clover devices.

can I get any testing Clover device with Europe log in possible?
