no other solution than this hotfix?If I am going to do this I need super user permission for that I need to root my device.

this thing also not working, I have run this Script but still cant Add Eu user Account.Can any one give me the solution.

What type of device are you using? A Clover DevKit (always sandbox, cannot be EU), Android emulator (can be any environment, configured via a script like the one linked above), or Android device?

To run on an android tablet, the script needs to be modified to remove the -e parameter (which forcibly targets an emulator) from the adb command, then it should work. Verify that you only have 1 android device/emulator connected to your computer, then run the script via terminal (for Mac OS X): sh {path to script}

Please note, the android sdk must be properly set up.
