question

We are a smaller ISO, we do not have the ability to provision our own clovers and we buy them through FDs MSC system. We occasionally get one back from a merchant and we will reprovision it for another merchant. I have figured out on Minis how to get to the factory reset without the password, but now Im trying to provision a flex. We have disassociated the device and reassociated it with the new merchant, have new activation code, but everytime I power up the unit it still comes up with the old merchants info and I dont know the old password. Being a battery powered flex I cant do my trick to get to factory reset....Anyone know any tricks to get this thing to factory reset.
