Purchasing a Clover Station for development options

Hi, Im looking at purchasing a Clover Station 2018 for development.
( https://cloverdevkit.com/collections/devkits/products/clover-station-2018-developer-kit)
I understand the first option "No Print" just comes with just the POS. The next two options for Printer (No Display) $670 and Print with customer facing display $720. Are the last two options with just the printer or does the printer and register come in the box

Those options include the Clover 2018 station and the printer described.

Thanks for this! Im assuming cash drawers would be needed to purchased seperately. Is there cash draweres that Clover recomends?
