Not at all. The sandbox environment is meant to be for testing so that you can imitate a merchant's settings as closely as possible. No one will be charged for anything in the sandbox environment. You can find more information about our service plans here.

Ok, so even if I pair a Clover Mini DevKit to the testMerchant with a register bundle on a sandbox enviroment I won't be charged.

That is correct. You will not be charged.
