Strange payment receipt issue over live clover station

On live clover account when I do a order transaction using register app and complete payment via Card then payment receipt didn't display inventory items. With same item if a do a payment via cash then it displays inventory items in payment receipt.

Via sandbox payment receipt printing fine for both card & cash payment.

Yes, some live merchants are still facing same issue
