Strange payment receipt issue over live clover station

On live clover account when I do a order transaction using register app and complete payment via Card then payment receipt didn't display inventory items. With same item if a do a payment via cash then it displays inventory items in payment receipt.

Via sandbox payment receipt printing fine for both card & cash payment.

Yes, some live merchants are still facing same issue

If your merchants are having issues with receipt printing in the Clover Register app, please ask them to contact Clover Merchant Support. You can find the contact info from the Help app on the device or Web Dashboard.
