How can a merchant access their UUID from a clover device

We use the Clover UUID to identify merchant locations and its a primary code required for a lot of support interactions.

How can a merchant find their Clover UUID (used to be Merchant ID) from a Clover device? This used to be in the Help App (top grey bar) and the Setup app, but all references to MID now are actually a numeric MID (presumably a First Data MID).

How can a merchant easily find this code from a device?

Merchants can access their Clover UUID through Help app. Here are the steps they can follow:
  1. Open the Help app.
  2. Open the menu on the left, select Diagnostics.
  3. Scroll down and select Additional Details.
  4. It will be listed as Clover ID.
