We have a merchant that runs thousands of transactions per month that will have 5-10 random successful transactions automatically void despite showing up as successful in the Clover dashboard. We submitted several support tickets to First Data about this because they show up as voided in Access One but successful in Clover, leading to discrepancies in reporting. They mentioned that Clover voids these transactions, but we aren’t sure why it’s doing that and how to fix the issue from continuing. Could it be due to random timeouts? What causes these timeouts to happen and why does it still show these transactions as successful despite them voiding out minutes later?
