RESOLVED (12/19/2017): We have resolved this issue in our production environment. No action is required on your part.

We are aware of an issue with our OAuth flow for unauthorized merchants (not logged in to clover.com). While we are working on a fix, we currently have these 2 workarounds:
  • Request the merchant to open clover.com and login with their Clover credentials
  • Request the merchant to click Login at the top-right of the screen and then login with their Clover credentials
