When attempting to setup hosted checkout, the live version of the clover dashboard does not have the drop down box to select hosted checkout as the sandbox version does. Any ideas as to why it looks different?

I see that you also sent an email to developer relations regarding this. The merchant in question is in the Healthcare industry and on a healthcare plan.
so are you saying that because they are in healthcare they cannot do the hosted checkout?
There are some rules around HIPAA compliance that may be impacting this. I can check with the EComm team to find out what the rules are.
