Unknown Client ID

I have built a web app and I am able to get my merchants to the page I want and collect the code. When I try to obtain the oauth authorization, I am receiving a message of Unknown Client ID. I have verified the ID based on the URL info when redirected and what is in the app on my Developer Dashboard. I am using https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/oauth/token?client_id=

Any help would be appreciated.

Your client ID should be your App ID (eg, E52K0XAZ1K1T8). You can find it on your developer homepage.
