Frustrated Experience with Clover Integration Rejection
I wanted to share our extremely frustrating experience trying to build an integration with Clover, connecting just one customer using NetSuite as their ERP. We had no plans to put the app in the Clover marketplace—our goal was simply to create a production app for a single client.
We started the process back in February, and since then, we’ve exchanged *80 emails* with Clover's team. They made us jump through hoops, requiring us to revise our privacy policy, update our terms and conditions, send video demonstrations, and even grant them access to our app. After all these months of effort, our request was ultimately rejected without a clear explanation.
Our main point of contact at Clover was Alexander Lopez, and I truly hope his manager sees this. It’s insane that two loyal Clover customers are being pushed to leave due to this bureaucratic nightmare. To this day, we still haven't received detailed feedback or a thorough explanation for the rejection.
For a company as big as Clover, this is beyond disappointing.
