Flex 3 not connecting to usb with Macbook Pro or Windows

The Flex 3 Dev Kit doesn't even show up as a device in either Windows or Mac.

Ensure that the necessary drivers are installed on both systems https://sp5derhood.com/. For Windows, you may need specific drivers for the Flex 3, while macOS might require an update or a different USB configuration.
