API returns multiple line items in an order

An order with ID 4A86F862Y2J6J has a line item ID ABPGZ7F5H19ZP that shows 5 quantities on the UI. However, the orders API is returning this line item multiple times, each with a quantity of 1, instead of displaying it as a single item with 5 quantities.

Could you clarify why the API is returning the same line item multiple times?
