App under review still

Our app has been under review for 3 months with no information. Is this normal?

Hi,

I share your frustration. Our app has been pending for over 3 months now.

We have reached out to their developer support email, but they are non-responsive.

We have tried reaching out to their general call-line for assistance as well, but none of their support agents can route your concerns to the developer team.

If your app has been under review for an extended period without any updates, it might be helpful to reach out to the Microsoft Store support team for assistance. They can provide specific information regarding the status of your app’s review process. It’s also a good idea to check if there are any notifications or requests for additional information in your developer account that could be holding up the review.
