Order had been deleted error

I have been having quite a few weeks with my clover flexes. All three have been not charging very well ok their stations. I was told to use USB to charge. When we put in an order we receive error: the current order has been deleted or we just go back to add items and the order is gone. I find it strange that this is happening on all three devices at once? Any ideas of what I need to do?

Hi, do you know if the devices are syncing and the orders are showing on the web dashboard
