Link ItemId with my own id

Hi there.

I need to link clover itemId with my own.

Is there someway to add a new field to the inventory?

Another solution would be using the labels, something like "tacs-[id]" (eg "tacs-K084HGa21"), but im not sure if this has any bad repercussions...

My last solution would be the typical and simplest, to just store the clover itemId on my server.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Hi @Tacs,

I would recommend using the "SKU" property over the "label" property, as Labels are used to route different items to different printers.

Either way, you'd run the risk of a merchant, or another developer, overwriting either a SKU or a label. The most robust solution would be to store the ItemId on your own server.
