We have a CCTV security system that is currently set up within our store. That system is an open-source application that must be pulled up on a browser window. The program we use is called Q See QTView.
In order to access the mainframe of the system, you have to login from a browser and then install a Webkit Plugin. When we attempt to install the webkit plugin, nothing happens. It appears as if the browser window refreshes but it doesn't actually install as nothing pops up regarding installation and the system continues not to work.
To assist with this issue, allow us to provide the Url to the plugin:

The system should pull up the window to install the plugin at that point. If you are unable to do so, you should be able to go to the qtview.com website and see the requirements from there.
