using intercom and embedding an in app message with a video

Hi,

we use intercom.io for our in app support and communications. we have embedded a youtube link as well as a link from video hosting site wistia into our message to new customers. the message pops up but it doesnt play. is this something being restricted by clover?

Sorry to hijack your question yshuman, but are you still using intercom in a clover app? It looks like i'm not the only one having problems, but I've yet to get help, would appreciate any tips! https://devask.clover.com/question/65...

Video is not supported. We ended up using screenshots and text.
