The sandbox environment is not returning any information when attempting a hosted checkout, the response is blank. This same code was working a few days ago on 10/22. If I switch the same code to the production environment then I do receive the expected successful response.
The endpoint is https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/invoicingcheckoutservice/v1/checkouts
Status seems OK: https://status.clover.com/
Anyone else having the same issue?
Sandbox hosted checkout is down for me too, production is working fine.
I have the same issue and have had the same issue for over the past year.
https://status.clover.com/ can be largely ignored, especially for sandbox statuses, they've never accurately reported their outages there in my experience.
They typically don't answer real questions on this forum, only questions that can be answered with 30 seconds of effort with Google/ChatGPT.

Thank you both for your feedback. That issue appears to be resolved. However, after attempting to submit the payment, I am now seeing a message that reads "The payment gateway is temporarily out of service."
