Above maximum transaction count per IP address

Hi,

We provide online ordering service to our restaurant clients and We are integrated with Clover Hosted iFrame solution and using Clover 'Create a Charge' to make a sale transactions.

We have many clients who are currently using them and we encountered an issue where we are getting the following error message back for few of our clients:

As 'Create a Charge' is a server to server call. Is the transaction count per IP address is blocking transactions from our server IP address?

The merchant has enabled their transaction limit fraud tools, if you need them to increase it, please reach out to them to make adjustments.

Under "Account Settings" => "Ecommerce" => "Fraud Tools" - increase the number of allowed transactions per hour from the default of 5
