status code: 403 Permission denied caused by Package: com.example.wefundusclover, not allowed permission: ORDERS_W

I am getting this error when I am trying to use Customer Unit Display.
I have uploaded initial app to sandbox.dev,clover.com and it's been three days since upload
and It's still showing `Requires developer action`
Please let me know what am I doing wrong.

If your permissions are not syncing or if you made changes to your permissions after the merchant downloaded the app you must uninstall and reinstall the app. Also if you sideloaded your app, your test merchant also must have the app installed from their app market in dashboard.
