Printing Delayed

Hello,

I'm having an issue with printing an image that is returned from a web service. On my development clover, it returns the image and prints it within a few seconds. While testing it on a clients clover, it gives toast that says image has been sent to printer but takes about 30 seconds before it starts printing.

Does anyone know of any reasons for that long of a delay?

Can you provide as much detail about the exact configurations in both cases? Types of accounts? Types of devices? Types of printers?
