QR code generation for table menu viewing


  1. Is there a way to print QR codes for viewing the menu by table without the purchase of an additional printer? Support said it was not possible to do this. The owner is trying to avoid buying another printer, only printers in the restaurant at this time or the solo and flex printer.
  2. In order for the QR codes to work correctly, does the online menu have to build on the Dashboard or will the system automatically use the menu on the POS?

The merchant has to have COLO(Clover Online Ordering) enabled on their account for the Print Menu QR code button/option to show through their register app. They dont need another printer, this QR code will print from the device printer.

I would recommend the merchant to contact support again to assist them in setting this up.
