Sandbox devices are not getting apk updated

Hello, we're experiencing an issue on the sandbox environment, t he problem started yesterday, I've sent multiple apk to one of the sandbox merchants we have and devices are not getting the apk, I got some screenshots , seems that our app never gets updated because the previous app fails.I hope get some help, Thank you!!
