Printer App Queue Showing Error

We have a merchant with problem on printing payment receipt.

They have 4 Clover 2018 Stations, 4 kitchen Star SP700 printers.
When they try to print payment receipt on the Star SP700 printers, the Printer App showing error.


How to track this issue? Is there any specific property in the order data causing this problem?
