Non-Distributed App? - Custom Tender Type

Good morning..

Is it possible to create an app for Clover that is not added to the public app store but can still be loaded on production machines? Re: my org requires a custom tender processor that would collect our internal departmental account numbers.

If the above is possible; how would you load the finished app.

Yes, we have the concept of private apps. They are loaded by request.
