I am create and upload apk but can't submit.when i am try to sumit the message arrive "Submission of apps is disabled for this environment. Please submit your app in our production environment when it is ready."
What is problem i can't get it Thanks,
As the message describes, the Sandbox environment does not allow submission of any apps. What are you trying to achieve? Uploading your apk to Sandbox automatically makes it available for testing to your test merchant(s) (the merchant associated with your developer account).
If you are looking to release your app for the general public to use, then you should create/prep a production account via https://www.clover.com/developers/
