We use the virtual terminal to accept patient payments for healthcare services. There is a unique identifier to us that is entered on the "Note for item or service" line. The problem is, that note does not print on the virtual receipt, nor does it print on the transaction report.
We do not normally create a customer or save the credit card information for security reasons.
I was told by tech support that there is currently no way to add this note to the receipt or report. This seems silly to me - and would be what I consider a simple fix.
