I want to export customer information after applying filters ex Audience, Regulars, VIPs etc...). there is an export button but as soon as filter is applied the export button goes away. Even when I exported all customers, I only received a partial list of customers from past several months.
This is a limitation in our customer's export that we are aware of. Are you trying to do a one time export, or is this something your want to do frequently? If it is a one-time export you can contact Clover support and request they give you a customers dump. This may take several days.
