Clover Sandbox environment is down

Clover Sandbox environment is down

on 11/10/21 , Sandbox started to behave very strange:

- Some pages (on dashboard) would not load and some would display " Hello World " message

- It was extremely slow

And this morning (11/11/21) it totally stopped working

- We can not login

- We can not use change password feature

- Also E-Merchant Payment API does not work anymore

- Anyone aware of this problem?

- When will it be fixed?

- Is there a workaround?

We are aware of and actively working on restoring service. I do not have an ETA right now.

They are aware. You can view the clover network status at: https://status.clover.com/

Not sure if they are aware....
It does not say what that major component is.
Also shows no incident reported today 11/11

If you click on the graphic, it will break it down into production/sandbox server statuses. It doesn't go into more detail, but at least lets you know if its on your end or their end.
