The Order Pickup “description” is confusing for customers who pick up their orders at our drive-thru window because the only options available are either Curbside or In-Store Pick-up. We need a way to set the pickup method for online orders to be set to “Drive-thru Window”.
Are you using Clover's online ordering?
Yes. via the mobile ordering link (browser) as well as through the Clover app.
Considering how many restaurants are going back to closing their dining areas and going to drive thru only maybe it would be a good idea to move the development of this feature to the top of the list.

FYI…. I was told by a Clover tech / rep to post the question here. Otherwise I wouldn’t have. I wouldn’t have even known about the Communit forum.
To address this issue, it may be necessary to further investigate your current online ordering system and see if it is possible to customize the pickup method for online orders. By the way, try Usps Tracking Number to track your order. It's very useful and convenient.
