Questions Regarding Developer Account from India

Hi, I have three questions

1. I have a sandbox developer account. I want to submit it for Approval. We are in the process of establishing our company in the United States but it will take some time and as the App is ready I would like to submit it (Our mother company is in India). So instead of waiting for USA company, can I submit a developer account with Company Details of India? Currently it is not allowing me to add details of India. In TAX ID number it is giving validation error.

2. What is the transaction fees that will be charged by Clover. Say I charge 10 USD per install. How much will clover charge as fees from me?

3. In the bank details of the developer do you support the developer with an Indian bank account or need a USA bank account?

1) You need to create a production account, all approvals are done in production, not sandbox. https://docs.clover.com/docs/clover-environments

All app fees, merchant app usage payments, and merchant-customer payment processing must be implemented within the Clover or Fiserv platforms. You make 70% of the amount collected from the merchant for an installed app. For more information, see Part 1, section 9.2 of the Clover App Market Developer Terms.
