What is the proper way to connect to a Clover Station Device using stand-alone JS SDK?

Hello,

We have integrated Cloud Pay with our Odoo POS. We have a Station Device. However, we are facing some issues:

1. We are unable to connect to the Clover Pay Display using the Websocket. WHen we click on the Pair Button, it triggers a websocket connection but get below error:

Error Response:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Can You suggest why this is happening?

The Clover Connector SDKs are for customer facing devices, the Station is not a customer facing device: https://docs.clover.com/docs/cloud-sdk-v3#platform-specific-prerequisites.

Hello David,


Thanks for your reply. We have the Clover Station(Model: C500). We have this Dev Kit with us.

We want to create Sale Transaction Request in our Odoo POS. Is this possible with this device?

Per the documentation I just linked, no, it is not.

Dear David,

Please help me regarding this two questions:

1. If we order Clover Mini v2 Developer Kit or Clover Flex v2 LTE Developer Kit, does these device support Clover Cloud Pay?
In the doc, it is written Cloud Pay Display is a pay display app for Clover Flex, Clover Mini, and Clover Mobile that can be used with the Remote Pay Cloud SDK.

2. How long will it take to reach Toronto, Canada?
