Can I pay platform order using eCommerce card token?

I was able to get all Clover inventory items and make an order using merchants V3 REST api.

But we need to make it possible to pay the order in our mobile app. but it seems like there is no connection between platform order and eCommerce order.

An order is an order regardless of what API you used to create it. I would recommend that you use our atomic order endpoints - https://docs.clover.com/docs/working-with-orders. But, orders created with the V3 orders API, the EComm order API and the atomic order endpoints will all be payable via our EComm API.
