How to know the Clover system (server) status?

Hi,

Sometime I faced the Clover system offline (look likes the attachment).

In this situation, I don't know whether the problem from the Clover system or our network connection.
So, does Clover system has a site to check the system status likes other cloud services?

The Clover Platform API section is for the production API.
