Remove a devkit from Sandbox business account

Hi David



I'm having an issue remove a devkit from my Sandbox, the device that I want to disassociate from the test MID doesn't display the serial number I want use is below.

I believe original when added the devkit to the test merchant, i incorrectly complete this task


please see the below list of devkit on my sandbox account, but the serial number below is not display therefore I've no option to disassociate the devkit serial is C032EQ....


Would you be able to support on this ?

I disassociated that device, go ahead and re-associate it.
